Great for anyone's collection, a great gift or for those history buffs out there.  This silver USAF Weapons 462 2WI Aircraft Armament Systems Specialist Challenge Coin is in excellent shape.  According to Wikipedia: A challenge coin may be a small coin or medallion, bearing an organization’s insignia or emblem and carried by the organization’s members. Traditionally, they might be given to prove membership when challenged and to enhance morale. In addition, they are also collected by service members. In practice, challenge coins are normally presented by unit commanders in recognition of special achievement by a member of the unit. They are also exchanged in recognition of visits to an organization.

This coin originally belonged to a coin collector who stored it in our safe for years.  Eventually we acquired his collection in the condition he left it and other than sealing it in plastic it is sold as he left it (in it's original packaging if applicable).
