Handcrafted Oil Bottle from Fired Up Clay Works - Choice of Style

All of the work is done in the family studio. They produce all of their work one piece at a time. They throw and hand build the work out of a durable terra cotta clay. After drying they paint many coats of our custom underglazes. This gives the colors a great depth and richness.They sometimes leave areas unpainted to make a contrast between the rich underglazes and the warm, natural beauty of the clay.
